MetriCorr Quality Policy

1. MetriCorr will continuously develop, maintain, and measure quality management procedures to ensure that the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 are met and comply with customer relevant business areas.

2. MetriCorr will maintain an open dialogue with its customers (end users and distributors) on quality issues and obtain customer feedback relating to our products and services, including customer complaints.

3. MetriCorr will strive always to meet Customers, End Users, and Distributors expectations by:

  • Providing relevant information relating to products and services
  • Handling inquiries in a timely manner
  • Efficiently making sure that expressed and unexpressed needs are properly covered in technical and/or commercial proposals.
  • Handle Simple Orders as well as Complex Projects by ensuring that Purchase Orders and Contracts are clear, agreements are respected and time schedules are met.
  • Comply with current and future requirements and regulations.

4. In the process of selecting new partners, MetriCorr will substantially take into account the quality policy of the candidate partners in the evaluation process.

5. For existing partners MetriCorr will contribute to an increased awareness of quality issues and motivate for effective implementation and maintenance of procedures for quality management.

6. Encourage employees to foster new ideas and approaches for efficient quality management

7. Evaluate and implement ideas from employees to continuously improve the quality management system.
