MetriCorr to supply Corrosion Monitoring for the Second phase of Dogger Bank Wind Farm

MetriCorr is pleased to announce that we will be delivering corrosion monitoring systems for the Dogger Bank B, the second phase of Dogger bank Wind Farm.

Our fit-for-purpose sensors and monitoring systems are designed to give information on corrosion rates directly, the cathodic protection efficiency, and galvanic anode performance as well as performance of the coating system.

Per Lauritzen, project manager in MetriCorr states:

“We are delighted to be able to deliver this system, just as we delivered a similar system for the first phase of the project. Our scope is to add value to the structural health monitoring program, leading to constant insurance of safe operation, reduction of on-site inspections and confirmation of life-time expectancies and design values”.

MetriCorr will be delivering the corrosion monitoring system, which will be integrated in the overall structural health monitoring system by NGI – Norway.
